Canteen at LPS

Our canteen is open from Monday to Friday and is located within the PAC building.

 

Leongatha PS Canteen has moved to an online ordering system.  All lunch orders will now be made online through “Compass Canteen”.

Two menus available.

  1. Standard lunch menu and
  2. Sushi is now available everyday – prepared fresh daily by Wakachi

Orders close 9:45am each day.  Please Note – The canteen will be lunch orders only!

Canteen is not open at recess.

Orders can be made using Compass (either via the browser or using the Compass App)

Using the Browser:

  • Ensure you are logged into Compass with your family account.
  • Click on the “Community Menu” (icon of two people)
  • Click “Canteen”
  • Follow the onscreen instructions from here.

Using the Compass App:

  • Ensure you are logged into Compass with your family account.
  • Click the “Menu” button (icon with three stripes)
  • Press “Canteen”
  • You will be taken to the Canteen dashboard.
  • Follow the onscreen instructions from here.

You will be required to enter credit card details to complete the order. Credit card details can be saved into Compass for your convenience. This can be done via the app or browser.

Here is some information about ordering:

  • Orders close each day at 9:45am – Late orders cannot be accepted!
  • You can order in advance – this can be done by selecting the appropriate date when placing an order. All upcoming orders are listed in Compass.
  • Orders can be cancelled. Please ensure you cancel your order before 9:45am on the day.
  • Any refunded amount from cancelled orders will be stored in your Compass Wallet for future use.
  • All orders and payments will need to be made electronically using Compass Canteen.
  • The canteen will not be open at recess time.
  • The canteen can’t accept any “walk in orders” at the canteen window at recess time or lunch time. All orders need to be made via Compass Canteen.
  • Lunch order baskets will arrive in the appropriate classroom in time for lunch.

This new setup enables us to easily add new menu items and update information. Please keep an eye out for new menu items in the future!
